Ground floor:
Fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area including cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave
French doors open onto rear patio and garden
King-size bed with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels, chest of drawers and wardrobe
Twin beds with a pull out bed for a child made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels

First floor:
Spacious living room with exposed timber beams and a TV with Amazon Firestick, DVD / CD player
Shower room with toilet
Door leading to outdoor staircase with wide ranging countryside views

Rear patio with BBQ
Shared lawn (with the Cartlodge and the Farmhouse)
Parking next to the property
Washing line behind the green shed in the meadow
Games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating

Please note some of the beams upstairs are quite low so you will need to be mindful of this.

Easy to find at the edge of Saxtead Green, very close to Framlingham, the Hayloft is a lovely spot for a peaceful break. Each room is much larger than they look in the photos, and well equipped. We didn’t venture into the shared garden, but it looked lovely. Good communication from the hosts.

Lovely peaceful 5 night stay, very happy with place, a little dated especially the bathroom but all worked well. Plenty of easy parking. Easy to find off main road. Would stay again if in area location great for Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh. Thanks Harry great stay.

We stayed (2 adults, 2 kids) for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. It have everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the upstairs living room area was light, spacious and airy - great to relax in after a day at the beach or exploring the local area of Framlingham. There was a great games room, which the kids enjoyed, and a large grass area in which to knock a ball about. Would we stay here again? Yes, without a doubt!

Couldn't recommend the Hayloft more! The house is simply beautiful, clean and the location is perfect for exploring Suffolk. Check in was easy, the house had everything we needed. Framlingham is a two minute drive and has all the essentials you need. Thank you so much, we will be back!
