Set in the peaceful village of Saxtead, just outside the market town of Framlingham, the Farmhouse is a fantastic four bedroom holiday home, full of character benefitting from sash windows, original fireplaces and herringbone brick and wooden floors.

Fully equipped kitchen including cooker, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave

Dining room with ornamental wood burner and snug with Smart TV, books and games
Two living rooms, one with a Smart TV and open fire

Upstairs:
Two double bedrooms with high-quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels
One twin bedroom and one zip and link bedroom (can be made up as a twin or a double) both with high-quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels
Family bathroom with freestanding bath, shower, wash basin and WC

Outside:
Large front garden with a pond - please note that children must be supervised at all times when outside (exclusive use for Farmhouse guests only)
Back garden with a shared lawn, patio and BBQ
Games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. Self-check-in was really easy and (although we didn't need it) we were offered an early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. Would definitely stay again

Very peaceful house to stay in with plenty of space both inside the house and out. We felt it was great for 5 guests and the seating area outside the kitchen was great for the summer. The kitchen and bath rooms could’ve done with a clean as all the glassware was dirty and there wasn’t enough loo roll so we had to go out to buy more. There was also an issue with a crow that had made its way down the chimney in the log filled living room. We did manage to get it to fly out but thought the chimney needed sealing if not in use anyway to prevent reoccurrence. All in all, we had a really nice stay and it was a lovely place to visit. Thank you!

I had a lovely stay at Harry’s accommodation for a reunion with my friends from school. It was such a convenient location and the home was absolutely beautiful. He provided very clear instructions about how to find the cottage and how to check-in. The rooms were beautifully furnished with all the amenities we required. We will definitely come back next time we plan to see each other!

We had a lovely time at the Farmhouse celebrating a significant birthday - it was a great set up for our family. The place is lovely in a really superb location. Inside the farmhouse was lovely and cool on our arrival, the hottest weekend of the year. The shared games room is great and books in the house are a nice touch. We used every inch of the house, shared gardens and our patio. We had a really great time. But the Farmhouse is let down a bit by details like missing instructions to 'unlock' the induction hob (we gave up and used the microwave), no soap in the bathroom, 6 dining chairs in a house to sleep 8, etc. It also wasn't sparkling clean, good enough but not great. On arrival the dining table, place settings and banister were all sticky as well as there being residual dirt around the upstairs shower, squashed flies in the roller blind, dirty / moldy window frames -- the sort of things a great cleaner should sort out, especially for the *whopping* cleaning fee.

We felt so at home - the farmhouse suited our needs perfectly. Adults and children could spread out. The hosts made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough to help us settle in. Thank you for a lovely stay.

So impressed with this Airbnb. What a beautiful place to enjoy some family time. We had a big family party at ‘the sheds’ just down the road, highly recommend for their weekend pizzas. House was beautiful, plenty of space and really easy to get in and relax. Will be 100% be staying again.
